I think a lot of sisters would say that we've been in situations where we put up with a lot. To look back on it now we ask ourselves "What the heck was I thinking back then?". It is what it is. Hopefully, with age and experience comes growth and maturity. Hopefully!

Agreed!!!! Lessons come in the living! It just amazes me how much my bull**** tolerence level has dropped to zero. I can handle when someone has true concerns or issues, but coming at me with the straight bull****how 'bout no!

Me neither. I look back at some choices I've made and cringe now. But, I learned the lessons that I was supposed to learn and I really try to think things thru now before making choices that could ultimately come back to bite me on the bottom.

And a lot of those bad choices came from me being lonely, or me listening to folks when they say I'm too hard on men. Now, I go with my instincts, and never make decisions because I'm tired of being single. Otherwise, life will be filled with WTF moments, and I hate those.

and this is what gets me - before I was attempting to accomodate - couldn't PRAY up a call back - now that I'm cutthroat...... I can't press 'reject' on my cell phone quick enough!!
